Hop on the Mary Valley Rattler at Amamoor Station  for a taste of what the steam train journey was like in the old days. This ride encompasses beautiful scenery along the track to Gympie. Enjoy a good old fashioned pub lunch at an historic Gympie hotel, then back on the Valley Rattler and return through the picturesque Mary Valley to Amamoor.

On dusk, head to the local country pub (3 klms away)  and choose a main meal from the vast menu offering. Generous old fashioned servings are prepared just for you.
